I sent my iPhone 15 Pro Max to Grade Mobile for valuation as I was upgraded to a 16 Pro Max by my network. I was offered a good price dependant on examination. Grade checked the phone and offered me the price suggested in the first quote. Communication has been fantastic. Honest review order 223562
Order 223562 - I’ve just been paid for my device so wanted to leave an honest review of the process. I was quoted a price on Monday of last week (10th Feb) and I opted for them to send me a prepaid package for me to send the phone. The parcel arrived with me on Thursday with very easy instructions about to send back and how to package it up. I posted it back on Thursday 13th and was received back to them on Friday 14th. The price quoted was £340 before review and testing. After review I was offered £280 but with the opportunity to make a counter offer. I thought that £300 was fair which this morning Monday 17th February was accepted and the payment had already been made to my account. Very pleased with the service and the communication. I would happily recommend and use them again.
