Broken Condition

  • In one piece, no missing parts

  • Heavy damage or has any cracks or dents

  2. Cracked screen, rear camera lens, housing torch or other parts
  3. Heavy wear and tear
  4. Message showing that battery requires service in the settings, battery menu (iPhone only)
  5. Display with any signs of: cracks, white spots, screen burn, discolouration or heavy scratches
  6. Locked to a Non-UK network
  7. DEVICES MUST:
  8. Be in one piece and not have any missing parts or components
  9. Have working power on function (we cannot accept a device that cannot be tested)
  10. Be removed from any iCloud / Samsung / Google Accounts

Before you send the device, you should:

  1. Make sure you have removed everything you need, for safety, we data wipe and factory reset the device prior to testing.
  2. Remove any accounts such as iCloud or Google
  3. Remove any passcode / screen locks to prevent us accessing the device
  4. Take photos of the device just in case it gets damaged in transit


Also, just a reminder, not to send any additional items with the device, such as chargers, headphones etc. We can't guarantee we'll be able to return them, for safety reasons we will dispose of them if received.

After placing your order we will send you a free post pack containing materials to package and get the device to us safely. We will supply a free post label for you to print and stick to the box, or simply use the QR code provided and drop if off at a post office (no printer needed).

After we have received your device, we test it and provide you with a final valuation offer. If you have been honest with the grading and we don't find any further faults you will get the initial quote offered when you placed the order. Occasionally, we do need to make deductions based on the cosmetic condition, as we sell these on we need to meet business standards for our consumer expectations (which are a little higher), so it is a little difference to selling on social media platforms.
Once we have sent you the offer, after your accept we typically pay out within a couple of hours.

We honour our pricing for 14 days after your order, if we receive the device outside this period your offer will be reflective on the current market value, which does typically decrease over time.
